Example Breakfast Menu

  • Scrambled Egg with Manjimup Truffles served with triple smoked crispy bacon, slow roasted tomatoes and saute Portabello mushrooms (June-August).
  • Poached farm eggs, slow roasted tomatoes, saute Portabello mushrooms with thyme.
  • Swiss Gruyere cheese and ham omelete, garden herbs, saute Portabello mushrooms and slow roasted tomatoes.
  • Spinach and marinated Persian feta cheese omelete, portabello saute mushrooms and slow roasted tomatoes (veggie special).
  • Big Breakfast, 2 fried eggs, crispy triple smoked bacon, free-range pork sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans.
  • Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and scrambled egg with chives (daily special).
  • Eggs Benedict served on smoked ham (daily special).
  • Porridge, home-made fruit compote and local honey.

Selection of muesli and cereals, fresh fruit salad, local yoghurt, preserved fruits, orange juice, pastries and a selection of toasted breads and freshly baked muffins from our breakfast bar.

Selection of teas (peppermint, Camomile, Green, Jasmine, Lady Grey, Earl Grey, English & Irish Breakfast, Chai) and freshly ground expresso coffee individually made (sorry no plungers or instant at breakfast only in the bedrooms).
