  • Scrambled Egg with home-made fresh Manjimup Truffle butter (not truffle oil) served with triple smoked crispy bacon, slow roasted tomatoes & saute Portabello mushrooms (seasonal).
  • Poached farm eggs, slow roasted tomatoes, saute Portabello mushrooms with thyme.
  • Swiss Gruyere cheese & ham omelete, garden herbs, saute Portabello mushrooms & slow roasted tomatoes.
  • Spinach & marinated Persian feta cheese omelete, portabello saute mushrooms & slow roasted tomatoes (veggie special)
  • Big breakfast 2 fried eggs, crispy tripple smoked bacon, pork sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms & baked beans.
  • Smoked salmon & scrambled egg with chives (daily special)
  • Eggs Benedict served on smoked ham (daily special)
  • Porridge, home-made fruit compot & Maple Syrup.

Selection of muesli & cereals, fresh fruit salad, local yoghurt, preserved fruits, orange juice, pastries & a selection of toasted breads f& freshly baked muffins from our breakfast bar.

Selection of teas (peppermint, cammomile, green, Jasmin, Lady Grey, Earl Grey, English & Irish Breakfast, chai) & freshly ground expresso coffee individually made (sorry no plungers or instant at breakfast only in the bedrooms).

Dinner…


(Only available for groups of 6 or more people – if you are in a group and would like to dine in please advise us at the time of booking your accommodation – 2, 3 or 5 courses are available on request).

Seating at 7pm, strictly B.Y.O.  and we request that the dining room please be vacated by 9.30pm at the latest – teas & coffees will be served in the lounge area thereafter.

  • Crab & Chilli Linguini with tomato & basil cream (entree or main)
  • Local goats cheese in Japanese breadcrumbs with apple, spinach salad. (entree or main) (veggie option)
  • Pan roasted Dhufish (when available), crushed potoatos & sauce Vierge
  • Venison eye fillet, blueberry sauce & gratin potatoes.

Desserts…


  • Pannacotta with red berries
  • Hot chocolate fondant & vanilla seed ice – cream
  • Llewellin’s almond bread & butter pudding, creme anglaise

Selection of premium French & Australian cheeses, Muscatels & Lavosh biscuits.
