Poached farm eggs, slow roasted tomatoes, saute Portabello mushrooms with thyme.
Swiss Gruyere cheese & ham omelete, garden herbs, saute Portabello mushrooms & slow roasted tomatoes.
Spinach & marinated Persian feta cheese omelete, portabello saute mushrooms & slow roasted tomatoes (veggie special)
Big breakfast 2 fried eggs, crispy tripple smoked bacon, pork sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms & baked beans.
Smoked salmon & scrambled egg with chives (daily special)
Eggs Benedict served on smoked ham (daily special)
Porridge, home-made fruit compot & Maple Syrup.
Selection of muesli & cereals, fresh fruit salad, local yoghurt, preserved fruits, orange juice, pastries & a selection of toasted breads f& freshly baked muffins from our breakfast bar.
Selection of teas (peppermint, cammomile, green, Jasmin, Lady Grey, Earl Grey, English & Irish Breakfast, chai) & freshly ground expresso coffee individually made (sorry no plungers or instant at breakfast only in the bedrooms).
Dinner...
(only available for groups of 4 or more people - if you are in a group and would like to dine in please advise at the time of booking your accommodation - 2, 3 or 5 courses are available on request). Seating at 7pm, strictly B.Y.O. and we request that the dining room please be vacated by 9.30pm at the latest - teas & coffees will be served in the lounge area thereafter.
